desenhe uma circunferencia com centro em O, marque um ponto P externo.
trace a tangente PT, ela mede 8...
trace a reta que liga PO...
trace OT, que mede 6 (raio)
pelo triangulo retangulo OTP, temos que PO = 10
trace a outra reta tangente PH...
o centro da circunferencia procurada esta ne mediatriz do segmento TH..
mas ele tbem esta na mediatriz do segmento OT..
a reta PO esta contida na mediatriz do segmento TH, entao, trace a mediatriz da reta OT
por semelhanca de triangulos, vc tira que o raio é 5
