Embora eu tenha dito que problemas desse tipo sejam resolvidos facilmente
por Indução Finita (e, realmente, isto seja verdade), este, em particular,
está com o seu enunciado incorreto:
n=1 --> 3^n - 2² - 1 = -2 ... não é divisível por 8.
n=2 --> 3^n - 2² - 1 = 4 ... não é divisível por 8.
n=3 --> 3^n - 2² - 1 = 22 ... não é divisível por 8.
n=4 --> 3^n - 2² - 1 = 76 ... não é divisível por 8.
...
