Qwert Smith bem rática a sua ideia de reslver estes problemas ,porém duas
dúvidas
   1) porque não usamos  1000/10 + 1000/100 +1000/1000 e sim com 1000/5 +
1000/25 +...
   2) se no lugar de 10 fosse 14 ou 15 ,usariamos potencias de 7 e 5
respectivamente ?
