lim[x->0+] (cosx)^(1/x^2)
(cosx)^(1/x^2) = exp[ ln(cosx)/x^2 ]
vamos calcular lim[x->0+] ln(cosx)/x^2
usando L'Hopital, ficamos com:
lim[x->0+] -tgx/(2x) = lim[x->0+] -(secx)^2/2 = -1/2
logo, o limite pedido é: exp(-1/2)
