Last two decades I use the spelling Sergey G𝚊𝚕𝚔𝚒𝚗 for my name in English academic texts.

Both my first name and surname are fairly common in Russia and other Slavic countries. Some alternative versions, spellings or transliterations of my name are:

Sergey Galkin (default), Сергей Галкин (native Russian spelling), セルゲイガルキン (Japanese katakana), Serguei Galkine (French spelling, used before 2005).

'Serguei' is a phonetic transliteration in Portuguese, Spanish and French, while 'Sergej' is preferred by German-speakers, and a form 'Sergei' is fairly common nowadays.

'Sérgio' is Brazilian/Portuguese adaptation. Both names are forms of the same original Latin name 'Sergius', which came to Russian via Greek name 'Σέργιος' (Sergios), and changed to 'Сергий' (Sérgiy) in Old Church Slavonic, then to 'Сергей' (Sergéy) in modern Russian, with the stress moving from the first syllable to the second syllable around five centuries ago.

And there are many diminutives: Серёжа (serezha), Сергунька (sergunka), Сергунчик (sergunchik), which I occasionally use for nicknames or usernames.

Sergey is a commune in Jura-Nord Vadois, Vaud, Switzerland.

Galkin zeta function was introduced in 1973, and Galkin quandles in 1978, by Vladimir Galkin, a student of Evgeny Golod, and thus my academic relative.
